Exhibitor Qualification
All Exhibitors will undergo a strict qualification process to determine if they are leading luxury travel suppliers before being approved for a set of appointments. It is solely at the discretion of the ILTM Team whether an exhibitor is approved to attend the show.
Prior to booking space for any exhibiting partners, it is advisable to have these companies pre-approved by the ILTM Team prior to signing your contract in order to avoid any disappointment should these companies be unsuitable for the event.

Exhibiting Facts
- Minimum stand size at ILTM is 9 sqm where a set of appointments is allocated for 4.5 sqm per individual company.

Each specific company / property can only have one set of appointments in the show and a second set of appointments will not be permitted, even if it is on a different stand. Main Stand Holders are advised to ensure that their Exhibiting Partners are not already registered on the show when booking space.
- Only one company is permitted per set of appointments, so two separate companies are not permitted to share a set of appointments.
- Only companies approved for a set of appointments will be permitted to bring their staff to ILTM. Badges cannot be ordered in the name of companies that are not exhibiting with a set of appointments.
