ILTM Appointment Diary Process
Your ILTM Diary is made up of two parts.
1. Pre-scheduled Appointments (PSA)
ILTM VIP Hosted Buyers and ILTM exhibitors are given private access to one another's online profiles. You'll then all be invited to select a wishlist of the 60 you'd most like to meet with. From this wishlist of 60, a list of up to 41 Pre-Scheduled Appointments will be arranged for you by ILTM.
2. Online Dairy
Pre-Scheduled Appointments can be supplemented with additional appointment via the Online Diary.
All this is also supported by the additional networking opportunities provided by the Spotlight on Luxury and Open Networking sessions.
1) Pre-Scheduled Appointment Process
Step 1 - Acquiring Information
Exhibitors receive their password to access their personalised zone and register their company details. If their registration is successful the information provided is made available for VIP Buyers to view.
At the same time, VIP Buyers receive their password to access their personalised zone and upon successful application, register their company details. The information they provide is made available to exhibitors to view.
Step 2 – Selection Process
Exhibitors are asked to select and rank up to 60 preferred VIP Buyers with whom they wish to schedule meetings. This is done via their personalised zone and they are able to search for and select VIP Buyers by inputting the search criteria which is relevant to them.
VIP Buyers are asked to do the same with respect to the 60 exhibitors with whom they wish to meet.
ILTM encourages that both Exhibitors and VIP Buyers select not only existing contacts but new business potential too.
Step 3 – The Matching Process
ILTM schedules the appointments based on the Exhibitor and VIP Buyer preference selections. Appointments are made in the following order:
- Mutual request by VIP Buyer and Exhibitor
- VIP Buyers’ Preferences
- Exhibitors’ Preferences
Exhibitors and VIP Buyers receive notification to view their diary of Pre-scheduled Appointments online.
2) The Online Diary Process
Step 4 – The Online Meeting Requests
Pre-Scheduled Appointments can be supplemented via the Online Diary.
ILTM VIP Buyers and Exhibitors can request meetings with one another by contacting each other directly via the Online Diary.
Meeting requests must be accepted or rejected accordingly. The Online Diary will open in November 2011.
