Admission Policy for ILTM 2009

Only pre-registered associates of International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) will be permitted to attend the event in 2009. Only Hosted buyers qualified and registered in advance, exhibitor badge holders and qualified and accredited media, will be able to attend International Luxury Travel Market 2009.

Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to adhere to this policy is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event.

Anyone obtaining an ILTM visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave the event.

Anyone attending ILTM should carry some form of photo-ID, or other identification available to be viewed by the organisers.

No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend International Luxury Travel Market.

Visitors must not take part in any canvassing, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity that may disrupt the procedures of ILTM.

No advertising or sales staff will be permitted entrance into ILTM. No day passes will be available from the event.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from International Luxury Travel Market and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, who does not comply with these policies or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.
