In 2011 we arranged over 48,000 appointments between our VIP Hosted Buyers and Luxury Travel Exhibitors through our Pre-scheduled Appointment (PSA) system and Online Diary.

All appointments are integrated and presented in a printed appointment diary for each VIP Hosted Buyer and Exhibitor. The diary runs from Tuesday to Thursday, and tryly lies at the heart of ILTM's extensive networking agenda.

It is through this personal and tailored appointment diary that ILTM can connect you with the most exclusive travel experts!

An ILTM Appointment Diary - What's Involved?

Each Pre-Scheduled Appointment lasts 20 minutes with an ILTM VIP Buyer or Exhibitor who has expressed an interest via the Online Diary in meeting with you.

Each Pre-Scheduled Appointment Diary offers:

Up to 41 appointments over a three-day period, with the option of an additional 11 Online Diary appointments
20-minute engagements each time
Spontaneous business as you move from stand to stand
Unrivalled and focused networking potential

All this is supported by the additional networking opportunities provided by the Education Programme, Open Networking and Spotlight on Luxury sessions.
