Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, located on the northern part of Saadiyat Island, is scheduled to open in late summer 2011. This will be the first hotel to open on Saadiyat Island and the fourth Hyatt property in the UAE.
Surrounded by the 18-hole championship Saadiyat Beach Golf Course, and offering a nine-kilometre stretch of pristine natural and white sand beach, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, located 500 metres off the coast, will be an exclusive sanctuary of contemporary luxury and one of the few luxury resort hotels in the UAE with a pristine environmentally protected waterfront.
Occupying 75,000 square metres, the resort will feature 270 generously sized guestrooms with a minimum of 55 square metres of space, four luxuriously appointed villas, seven secluded ryads and a selection of world-class restaurants, all set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens and dramatic water features. The resort will also be home to a three-storey spa with nine treatments rooms and four outdoor pools, as well as exclusive facilities dedicated to residential-style conferences and events. Although reflecting an island atmosphere, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is just minutes from the city’s prime business district and the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is located within the Saadiyat Beach District, close to the Saadiyat Cultural District, which will be home to Zayed National Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi museums. Developed by TDIC, Saadiyat Island will have seven districts: Saadiyat Cultural District, Saadiyat Marina, Saadiyat Beach, Saadiyat Promenade, Saadiyat Lagoons, Saadiyat Reserve and Saadiyat Retreat.
