On March 30, 2011, the first Mandara Spa in Russia was fully opened in the five-star Lotte Hotel Moscow. The 1 500 square meter oasis of peace and tranquility combines the beauty and allure of Asian traditions with the sophistication of modern spa techniques to deliver the ultimate spa experience.

Mandara Spa is designed to create a poetic yet experiential space inspired by the diverse landscape in Asia; from the entrance with wall niches displaying Asian artifacts, opening up to the Reception with pendant light of twigs, curved walls enhanced by concealed lighting, black lava stepping stones with loose pebbles and lotus metal sculpture to resemble walking along a ‘river’, leading towards the treatment rooms. The nature-themed Spa interior is designed to create a sensory adventure on each visit. The relaxing coffee and beige palette combined with the soft lighting invites you into the surrounding environment. All the intangible extras such as the music, flowers and the fabrics are distinguishing characteristics of a Mandara Spa.
Treatment rooms, for both singles and couples, are designed to create a sense of balance and to promote a holistic approach to well-being. Spa guests will be able to use the relaxation lounge and hydrotherapy area with Jacuzzi, silk bath, hammam and sauna.
To cater for the Russian clientele, our Balinese spa therapists have undergone Russian language course and Russian cosmetologists with higher medical education will also be on hand to perform the various treatments on offer. Signature treatments from Mandara Spa, including brand new Oxygen Therapy Massage and Vitality River Bed will be introduced in Moscow. Award-winning facials and body treatments from luxury British spa and skincare brand, Elemis, are also available, in addition to deluxe spa packages.
