   VIP Buyer Qualification

What ILTM Asia offers you

An invitation to join the ILTM Asia VIP Buyer programme introduces you to an exclusive world. A world that’s open only to the cream of Asia Pacific luxury travel buyers.  
 
You will get access to Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA's) with the world’s leading luxury travel providers that you chose to do business with. 
 
You will also get access to the ILTM Asia Ultratravel Forum where the leading movers and shakers within international luxury travel debate the key current issues and explore future trends for the industry as well as entry into the unmissable  ILTM Asia Official Party and other social networking events and much more.
What’s more, we offer you up to 4 nights accommodation at one of the superior hotels in Shanghai and return transfers to and from Shanghai airport. 

Buyer Qualification

All Buyers at ILTM Asia must meet the strict buyer qualification criteria and are subject to the ILTM Asia Terms and Conditions. 
 

To be considered as a VIP Buyer you must:

  • Operate on an outbound basis to multiple destinations
  • Your company must be located in the Asia Pacific region. This includes Northern Asia, Central Asia, Southern Asia, Russia/CIS (East of Ural Mountains), Australasia/Pacific Islands, and Indian Ocean Islands
  • Show evidence of past and future business placed in luxury travel
  • Be an established player in the market place
  • Demonstrate that you regularly operate with suppliers of luxury travel products and services
  • Be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure luxury travel products and services   

VIP Buyers

All VIP Buyers at ILTM Asia will be obliged to participate in the Pre-Scheduled Appointment programme as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. 


ILTM Asia will offer you: 

  1. A diary of up to 60 Pre-Scheduled Appointments with Exhibitors you have expressed an interest in
  2. Access to the Online Diary facility to supplement your PSA meetings with up to 9 appointments
  3. Entry to official ILTM Asia parties and drink receptions
  4. Up to 4 nights accommodation at one of the superior hotels in Shanghai
  5. Return transfers to and from Shanghai airport
  6. Opportunity to be hosted with return flights from your home destination to Shanghai (only applicable for one representative per company). Subject to availability and early registration.

Executive Buyers

As Executive Buyer you have the flexibility of visiting ILTM Asia without the obligation to undertake a number of pre-scheduled appointment meetings. Executive Buyers have to make their own travel arrangements and have to meet the VIP Buyer qualification criteria.

All Executive Buyers will be charged a non refundable €500.
