Stand Options
At ILTM Asia you have the option of building your own stand with the Space Only option.
You may also opt for a bespoke Space and Luxury Shell Scheme which includes furniture, carpet, walls, fascia signage, lighting and electricity sockets and supply. The minimum stand size is 9 m².

Appointments & Personnel
Tailor-made Pre-Scheduled Appointment System
One set of appointments is assigned per registered company, per every 6m² (NOT by region or division). One set of appointment allows up to 69 Fifteen Minute long appointments across the three days of ILTM Asia.
Exhibitor Personnel
All Exhibiting personnel whether associated with a diary or as a support delegate, must purchase a delegate badge. This will permit entry to the entire functions across ILTM Asia such as the Educational Seminars, ILTM Asia Ultratravel Forum and Welcome Reception, ILTM Asia Official Party and other social networking events.
Delagate badges cost US$606.00 per Exhibiting Personnel
PR & Promotion
As part of your participation you will automaticall receive an entry in the ILTM Asia Official Catalogue and Online directory including your contact details and company profile.
Enhanced Directory - US$275.00 per company
An Enhanced Directory listing offers you increased exposure on the Online Directory. The second most popular page after ILTM Asia homepage, the Online Exhibitor Directory is be viewed by ILTM VIP
