Palace Hotel Renames Itself Palace Hotel Tokyo

Tokyo, November 19, 2010 — Palace Hotel Co., Ltd., which will make its grand opening in the heart of central Tokyo in spring 2012, has adopted the new name of Palace Hotel Tokyo, heralding the start of a new era for one of the finest hotels in Japan for nearly half a century.

The renaming is part of the hotel’s dramatic makeover, which started when the former Palace Hotel closed temporarily in January 2009 to allow the facility to be fully reconstructed
prior to its reopening.

before, the renamed Palace Hotel Tokyo will continue to fulfill its long-term commitment to the tradition and spirit of hospitality that loyal guests have enjoyed for decades.
