Two Lanson Place properties win industry awards at 6th China Starlight Awards

March 18, 2011, Hong Kong -- Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited (“The Group”) is pleased to announce its brand new property in Shanghai and the boutique hotel in Hong Kong have won two awards at the 6th China Hotel Starlight Awards 2011 yesterday. The Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Properties Limited (HKEx stock code: 369).

The group’s second serviced residence in Shanghai, Lanson Place Jin Qiao Residences which has just opened its doors in May 2010, has been acclaimed the “Best Serviced Apartment of China 2010” and the Lanson Place Hotel, Hong Kong has been recognized as one of “Best Designed Boutique Hotels of China 2010”. Both accolades were received at the 6th China Hotel Starlight Awards ceremony hosted in Shenzhen yesterday.

This China Starlight Awards is an event jointly conceived and organised by the Chinese mainstream media, the hotel industry and the investment industry. The Award winners were decided by the consensus of a group of seasoned hotel experts and appraisals of the Advisory Committee of AHF (Annual Hotel Forum), and were approved following comprehensive investigation, including expert assessment, Internet voting and third-party customer satisfaction surveys from managers and experts of different industries in commerce, trade, and manufacturing.
